Made from premium 316L/304 stainless steel, our stainless steel rope mesh with plates system surpasses industry standards in durability and corrosion resistance, delivering stable performance in coastal and high-traffic urban environments with minimal maintenance.

Each of our products undergoes stringent inspections before leaving the factory to ensure their compliance with AISI 304, 316, 316L, and ISO/TS 15510:2003 standards.
| Type | C (%) | Si (%) | Mn (%) | Cr (%) | Ni (%) | S (%) | P (%) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 304 | ≤ 0.07 | ≤ 1.0 | ≤ 2.0 | 17.0–19.0 | 8.0–11.0 | ≤ 0.03 | ≤ 0.035 |

When the application requires high resistance to chloride ion corrosion and heat, 316 stainless steel is preferred. That's because 316 stainless steel contains the element molybdenum (Mo), which forms a denser and more stable passive film on the metal surface, thus effectively enhancing the stainless steel's resistance to chloride ion corrosion.

Constructed entirely from stainless steel 304/316L material, it offers exceptional weather resistance. Customizable options include rope structure, wire diameter, and plate thickness to accommodate any load-bearing requirements.
Dimensions and colors can be fully customized to meet any design concept requirements.
The combination of ropes and metal panels creates a three-dimensional layered effect, suitable for building facades, interior partitions, landscape decoration, etc. Compared to other materials, stainless steel has a higher fire resistance rating, making it suitable for a wider range of applications.
It maintains an open spatial feel while also serving as a screen or railing to balance ventilation and privacy needs.
